WIA FabCo 811N1 Cored Wires [FLUX CORED GAS SHIELDED] – Is designed for mining, construction & earthmoving equipment together with other fabrication where low temperature impact values are required. Its use is recommended for weathering-steel fabrication where colour match is not required. Applications include but are not limited to: Weathering Steels when Color-Match is not Required; Structural Fabrication; Single / Multi-Pass Welding; Ship Building; High-Strength Low-Alloy Steels; Heavy Equipment Fabrication; Excellent Impact Toughness; Bridge Fabrication.

WIA FabCo 803 Cored Wires [FLUX CORED GAS SHIELDED] – Offers excellent arc stability and low spatter using either CO2 or Ar/CO2 mixtures with up to 80% Argon. FabCo 803 Cored Wire applications include ship building, offshore drilling rigs, HSLA steels & weathering steels where colour match is not required.

WIA Austfil 71T Cored Wires [FLUX CORED GAS SHIELDED] – A flux cored wire designed for excellent performance in all positional fillet weld & butt-welding applications. These applications include general purpose all positional welding of mild, carbon & carbon-manganese steels where an excellent weld profile and penetration is required. Austfil 71T Cored Wires are suitable for applications such as storage tanks (water & feed), structural fabrication, machinery, earthmoving equipment & fatigue loaded structures.

WIA Austfil 71T-1M Cored Wires [FLUX CORED GAS SHIELDED] – A flux cored wire with a NEW and improved formula for optimal position welding. Recommended for the welding of mild, carbon & carbon-manganese medium steels where good impact properties at -30°C are required. Typical applications of Austfil 71T-1M Cored Wires include steel fabrication such as plate sections, beams, girders, truck chassis, truck bodies, ship building, earthmoving equipment & storage tanks (water & feed).
